Age Verification: 3phcash strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. To access the full features of the 3phcash Platform, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 3phcash Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 3phcash reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 3phcash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
You agree to notify 3phcash immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
3phcash may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide such documentation as 3phcash may reasonably request, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
3phcash accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to approved Philippine banks are also accepted.
Note: 3phcash does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gaming purposes, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending institution.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. 3phcash reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

3phcash's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Balance and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 3phcash's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
